Your health information is stored digitally through secure systems — including Jane App — designed to protect confidentiality.
We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to reduce risks of loss, theft, unauthorized access, or disclosure.

When We May Share Health Information

We may disclose your information:

• With your consent for coordinated care
• With third-party service providers (e.g., Jane App, payment processors) who support clinic operations
• When required by law, public health reporting, or safety obligations
• To comply with regulatory or legal processes

We do not sell health information, and third parties are required to maintain privacy protections.

Your Rights

Under Alberta’s Health Information Act, you have the right to:

• Request access to your records
• Ask for corrections to inaccurate information
• Receive an explanation of how your information is used
• Withdraw consent for secondary uses (e.g., marketing), where applicable
• Request that we limit disclosure when possible under law
